How do I know which filter kit is suitable for my Auto-Roller?
Each filter kit is labeled according to the specific model of Auto-Roller it fits. If you’re unsure about your model or the correct kit, please contact our support team for assistance before placing your order.
Can I buy individual filters instead of a full kit?
Currently, our shop offers only complete filter kits to ensure you have all the necessary components for servicing your roller.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, select the appropriate filter kit for your model, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure online payment methods. Details will be provided during checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the UK. For inquiries about international orders, please contact us directly.
How much is delivery, and how long will it take?
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on qty and your location. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

What is your returns policy?
We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision in writing or by email within this timeframe.
If you return the goods, they must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a full refund within 14 days.
Please note that the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

The prices displayed on our website include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery.

By placing an order with us you are (i) offering to purchase a product (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are the authorised user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse order requests made.

Prior to acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
