As time rolls on (as it always does!), we’ve been reflecting on just how many years Auto-Rollers have been faithfully working their magic on cricket squares across the country. From the post-war machines of the 1940s right through to the 1980s, these vintage rollers have seen decades of play – and we're always delighted to hear how many are still going strong!

However, with the passage of time comes a little reality check – some parts for the older models (those manufactured between 1940 and 1989) are now sadly becoming obsolete. While we’ve done our very best to continue sourcing and supplying parts for as long as we can, certain components are no longer available or viable to manufacture.

To help make it easier for you to know what is still available, we’ve recently updated our Auto-Roller Parts Manual. This now clearly reflects all the parts we currently keep in stock. So, if you’re doing a bit of maintenance or looking to keep your vintage machine rolling for another season, please make sure to check the updated manual first.

We’re always happy to help – if you’re not sure which part you need or want to talk through your roller’s needs, don’t hesitate to give us a call or drop us an email.

Here’s to keeping those machines rolling, vintage or new!
